PARALEGAL DEPARTMENT
As part of our commitment to you, PMA has paralegals dedicated to assisting counsel licensed anywhere in the United States. Our experienced in-house paralegals provide your attorney(s) with direct legal support in fighting your case.
Our paralegals, under the direct supervision of your counsel, will review case documents, consult with legal counsel regarding case strategy, prepare and draft legal documents for filing with the court, conduct legal research on State and Federal law, provide direct administrative and clerical support, prepare for settlement, hearings, trial work, and in some cases, appellate work.
It should be noted that PMA are not attorneys and do not engage in the unauthorized practice of law. That is why all matters that need the assistance of an attorney are sent directly to a licensed practicing attorney for review and consideration. Our experience in loan auditing will be of invaluable assistance to your attorney(s), as we provide direct assistance to your counsel throughout all stages of the case.
